Prior to joining KMS Realty Group, Gladys worked for Geraldine Ferraro, the first women vice presidential nominee to run for office, as her Executive Assistant in a NYC law firm. When she decided to retire she asked Gladys to join the family privately held Manhattan based real estate investment, development and management firm which she still helps manage their various owned properties.
